The growing demand for high-efficiency roasting solutions is driving IMF Roasters to consolidate its role in international markets. Participation in Gulfood Manufacturing, one of the most important events for the food and coffee industry, underscores the company’s strategy: to maintain a strong presence at leading trade fairs and deliver Italian technology to roasters worldwide.
In 2024, IMF recorded revenue growth of about 25%, surpassing €19 million and opening new commercial routes from Europe to Asia. Indonesia and Malaysia are among the most dynamic markets, while in the Middle East, Gulfood Manufacturing has strengthened long-standing relationships and generated new strategic contacts.

“We created a custom platform integrated with our roasters to optimize time, resources, and efficiency,” explains Lorenzo Mosca, Head of the Technical Department. “Thanks to artificial intelligence, roasters can achieve professional results more quickly and sustainably.”
Sustainability is a cornerstone of IMF’s strategy. The company is developing fully electric models and, within its R&D program, projects aimed at eliminating fossil fuels from the roasting process. “We are electrifying gas-powered models and investing in alternative solutions to achieve zero emissions without sacrificing performance,” Mosca adds.


IMF highlights its innovations through an integrated communication strategy that combines specialized trade media, digital channels, and a selective presence at major international fairs.
