Anneliese Backtechnik GmbH  is a metal working company, that manufactures everything a baker needs, from simple baking trays to oven racks, freezer trolleys and tin sets. Our position as one of the market leaders is based on the fact that we do not only offer general standard products, but above all, we are able to respond to every customer request, due to our fully integrated production.

The company was founded in 1958 and employs 60 people at its headquarters in Eschweiler, 85% of them in production. Manufacturing is performed according to the highest production standards.

Manual work is – especially for customer-requested individual designs – the guarantor for the high quality of our products. An extensive machine and robot park ensures the fast and reliable production of large quantities. Sustainable and energyefficient handling of the resources used is a matter of course for us.
