The history of G.Paniz starts at the beginning of the 1980s, with a small workshop in a modest basement of 36 m2, in the city of Caxias do Sul

Mr. Gilmar Paniz,, its founder, began producing parts for other companies in the metal-mechanical industry. In the year 1982, he decided to fabricate electrical machines for the manufacture of macaroni and launched the first complete machine for this purpose.

In 1999, inaugurated the new plant in an area of 50 thousand m2 total area, today with 12 thousand m2 of constructed area.
