Uelzena Ingredients is a business unit of the Uelzena Gmbh and offers a broad range of milk-based food ingredients. The product portfolio includes low heat and medium heat skimmed milk powder, sweet buttermilk powder, butter, anhydrous milk fats, sweetened condensed milk and ice mixes.

All products are produced in group-owned production plants in Northern Germany. Uelzena Ingredients are distributed by the headquarter Uelzena eG as well as Uelzena’s subsidiary company WS Warmsener Spezialitäten GmbH, a specialist for sweetened condensed milk.

Uelzena supplies well-known branded goods manufacturers of confectionery products, baked goods, ice cream and delicatessen with premium dairy ingredients “Made in Germany”. Milk fats: The main milk fat products are lactic cream butter, sweet cream butter and anhydrous milk fat (butter oil).

But Uelzena can even provide very special milk fat products like fractionated milk fats products with defined melting points, white anhydrous milk fat or customized milk fat compounds. Milk powder: Uelzena supplies low heat and medium heat skimmed milk powder as well as buttermilk powder. All milk powder variations are characterized by their balanced and still pronounced milk flavor and excellent processing properties they impart to confectionery and chocolate products.
