Escher Mixers was founded in 2000 following more than three decades of experience in the bakery industry.

The semi-automatic peeling, coring and cutting machine for apples,
pears, kiwi fruits and peaches is available in 2, 4, 6 or 8

PND group allows you to reach a level of production that varies from 20 to 80
fruits per minute, depending on the needs and the model chosen.
The fruit, loaded manually or
with an automatic loader, is brought to and mechanically inserted into the
coring tube.
In the
final peeling and coring operation, the fruit passes through an optional
cutting system, which specifically allows it to be cut into wedges or cubes.
The
constant evolution of the PND systems has made it possible to make the semi-automatic

The homogenization process
is a mechanical procedure suitable for preserving the quality of the product
intact over time, homogenization delays
the negative effects of the fluid alteration process such as aggregation,
coagulation and sedimentation of particles.
The main effect in GEA’s homogenization process
therefore consists in the decomposition of liquid cells into very small parts
that can take less space and thus making the product more homogeneous, stable
and durable.
Furthermore, the combined use of the high dynamic pressure and homogenizing valves,
designed by our technical staff based on different applications, lets you
reduce the particles to the lowest possible pressure, and so allowing for
significant energy savings.
