M.H. is an Italian company with three decades of experience in material handling and plant logistics in all the industrial sectors such as: food and diary, pharmaceutical, electromechanical.

M.H. production has conveyor systems, buffering systems, mergers and dividers, rotating and product handling systems, lifts, trays denesters and many other accessories which are required in the packaging and production processes of your products.

Thanks to their modular design M.H.’s products are easily interchangeable and integrated also in existing lines.

M.H. offers a wide range of products to cover whatever requirement of conveying and handling, both in terms of conveyed products and in terms of layout. All of our systems are engineered with modular conception so to allow maximum flexibility in terms of assembly and future modification. M.H. Conveyors are realized either in Aluminum or AISI 304 Stainless Steel structure as standard. Painted Steel or AISI 316 Stainless Steel are available on request.

Thanks to its twenty years long experience in the material handling market, M.H. can provide stand alone conveyors as well as turn key projects, developing solutions suitable for any kind of product and then proceeding to installation and start-up.

    PND is one of the largest manufacturers of

    of advanced solutions for fruit salad & produce companies (or “IV gamma”),
    as well as for the already consolidated canning, freezing and dehydrating

    The semi-automatic peeling, coring and cutting machine for apples,
    pears, kiwi fruits and peaches
     is available in 2, 4, 6 or 8
    stations.

    The best-selling product from the
    PND group allows you to reach a level of production that varies from 20 to 80
    fruits per minute, depending on the needs and the model chosen.

    The fruit, loaded manually or
    with an automatic loader, is brought to and mechanically inserted into the
    coring tube.

    In the
    final peeling and coring operation, the fruit passes through an optional
    cutting system, which specifically allows it to be cut into wedges or cubes.

    The
    constant evolution of the PND systems has made it possible to make the semi-automatic
    peeling, coring and cutting machine for apples, pears, kiwi fruits and peaches

    a versatile machine for different and specific qualities such as the Bramley
    apple (irregularly shaped) or the Asian “nashi” pear.

      The  homogenization process is a mechanical procedure suitable for preserving the quality of the product intact over time, homogenization delays the negative effects of the fluid alteration process such as aggregation, coagulation and sedimentation of particles.

      The main effect in GEA’s homogenization process therefore consists in the decomposition of liquid cells into very small parts that can take less space and thus making the product more homogeneous, stable and durable.

      Furthermore, the combined use of the high dynamic pressure and homogenizing valves, designed by our technical staff based on different applications, lets you reduce the particles to the lowest possible pressure, and so allowing for significant energy savings.

          4-pole sinusoidal brushless gear motors totally enclosed. Brushless gear motors have a rotor with NdFeB magnets. Safety circuit breaker. Class F winding. IP65 protection in accordance with IEC EN 60529. Feedback with a 2-pole resolver. Reduced clearance bearings with special grease for high temperatures. 

          Brushless gear motors are available in RC versions with circular connectors or RP with cable glands and cables installed inside the motor. Upon request, it is possible to assemble a 24 Vdc NC (normally closed) brake with permanent magnets, marked with the letters K (BSK).
